45ml Campari infused rhubarb
20ml lemon juice
3 barspoons of orange marmalade and smashed strawberries
Top of Mionetto prosecco
Glass: vintage coupet
Pour all the ingredients except the prosecco in a shaker.
Shake and double strain in a vintage coupet,
Add the Mionetto prosecco at the end and a grapefruit zest.

The Wrong Sbagliato is an aperitivo created from the combination of two classic cocktails: the Negroni Sbagliato and the Breakfast Martini.
We have the Campari and the Prosecco that comes from the Sbagliato and the orange marmalade that comes from the Breakfast Martini.
Campari has been infused with rhubarb to give heartiness, and the marmalade has been improved with the strawberries in order to have more acidity in the mix.
Since the original Sbagliato is a variation of the Negroni and this is a variation of the Sbagliato i decided to call it the Wrong Sbagliato.
