Sam's recette de cocktail

  • 60ml Mionetto Infusion (see below)
  • 30ml Lime Acid Orange Juice
  • 22ml Apricot Kombucha Syrup
  • Mionetto Prosecco to top

Infused Apricot

Add first three ingredients to a tin and shake. Strain into a Collins glass and tip with Mionetto. Garnish with infused apricot. Enjoy.

Mionetto Infusion:

  • 300ml Mionetto Prosecco
  • 200ml Stoli Vodka
  • Peel of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Apricots, quartered

Add all ingredients to an ISI and charge with two nitrogen cartridges. Strain and serve.

Qu'est-ce qui a inspiré la boisson?

The inspiration for my cocktail is the sunshine that blankets the southeast facing vineyards of the Valdobbiadene in the morning. That early morning light is essential in producing some of the finest Glera grapes. I wanted to complement the aromas and palate of Mionetto, and transport the imbiber to a terrace looking out over the rows of vineyards.
