Qu'est-ce qui a inspiré la boisson?
I had been playing around with some spicy cocktails in preparation for the summer when I heard about the Mionetto competition. Learning of the competition started me thinking that perhaps Mionetto's subtly sweetness and fruity notes would be perfect to balance with some spicy ingredients. To my delight Mionetto did the job perfectly, and my cocktail "It's Spicy Mango Thyme" was born.
