4oz Mionetto Prosecco Brut
0.5oz White Creme de Cacao
0.5oz Orange Liqueur
0.25oz Orange Apertivo
Garnish with Orange Chocolate Butterfly and Orange Chocolate Saucer
Shake the spirits over ice, fine strain into a stemmed glass, top with Prosecco, stir lightly to incorporate.

It comes as no surprise that a butterfly needs two wings to fly. Two separate appendages working in unison towards one common goal. It is that concept in which this cocktail also takes flight. Sweet, rich chocolate harmonized with the dry and effervescent qualities of Mionetto Prosecco Brut. Orange flavor resonates through both the chocolate adornment and the drink. When you take a bite of the garnish, and then a sip of the cocktail, you find both wings. You find balance. Butterfly's taste with the sensory hairs on their legs and feet. I recommend for this cocktail you use your human mouth, however.
