Aidan's recette de cocktail
Fill your favourite Collins glass with Ice.
Into a shaker add:
1 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
3/4 oz Spicy Ginger Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash of Black Pepper Cardamom Bitters
1.5 oz Bourbon
A few small pieces of ice.
Whip shake until mixed and slightly chilled (small ice chips have melted).
Pour into your Collins glass, and top with Mionetto Prosecco. Garnish with candied ginger.

I decided to combine the refreshing nature of a French 75, with the playful spice of a Kentucky Buck and the result is a drink will delight, excite, and get your ready to start any day!
