I became inspired by the crisp elements of Mionetto mixed with my personal go-to combo of Cognac and Grand Marnier. The Italian French connection between the variety of grapes felt good to mix with the peach notes of Mionetto and carmel to vanilla notes come through with blend of congacs. Refreshing bitter and sour to balance the cocktail with freshly squeezed blood orange and lemon. The Backyard Paradise is a feel good, refreshing and elevated way to enjoy your favourite bubbly as a cocktail. It’s easy enough to make at home and feel like your in your very own Paradise!
