1 oz Bombay Sapphire Infused Hibiscus Tea
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 Ginger Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Burlesque Bitter
Top with Mionetto Prosecco
Garnish: Blackberry, Strawberry, Mint leaf on Skerwer, Rainbow Sugar Rim

What inspired the drink?

My inspriration come from the classic cocktail French 75. Also, I love hibiscus tea and berry, so I want to make my cocktail with that!
