Cody's Cocktail Recipe

30ml Tanqueray Gin
20ml Bitter Bianco
45ml Clarified Orange and Grapefruit juice (2/1 OJ/Gf)
1 dash of lemon bitters
Stir over ice, strain into a chilled coupe and top with Mionetto
Served with Mionetto orange sorbet
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
2 cups chilled strained orange juice
1 cup chilled Mionetto Prosecco
1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel

What inspired the drink?

My inspiration for the cocktail came from memories of sipping Prosecco and enjoying it with sorbet while on a patio in Italy. The name “Coppia Perfetta” translates to “Perfect Pair” which is exactly what this Mionetto cocktail and sorbet is.
