Christopher 's Cocktail Recipe

0.5oz VSOP Cognac
0.5oz lemon juice
3oz Mionetta Prosecco
***top with field flower honey/thyme foam

Combine cognac and lemon in shaker tin. Add ice. Shake and strain into champagne flute. Add Mionetta Prosecco. Too with foam.

Garnish: bee pollen painted glass, Thyme sprig, dehydrated lemon, clothespin

What inspired the drink?

Ingenue: a stock character in film and theatre, generally a girl or young woman who is endearingly innocent.
This character appears in every film and also can be found across the bar on any given evening!
