Natasha's Cocktail Recipe
This recipe includes a lavender syrup made of 1.5 tbsp dried lavender, 1 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice and 3/4 cup water brought to a boil in a sauce pan and simmered to 15-20 min on low to medium heat – whisk often. Add 2oz syrup to a glass of your choice. Top with 4oz (or more). Garnished with lavender twig and dehydrated lemon (home made in the dehydrator for one hour)
What inspired the drink?
This cocktail was inspired by the lavender farm I went to a few summers ago. I had so many different things infused with lavender and it was all so flavourful and beautiful. It’s the perfect flavour for spring. Calming and refreshing.
