Mio Mango

This recipe is inspired on hot Italian days and summer nights. During the day people might grab a scoop of sorbet to cool down, and in the evening a cheerful glass of Prosecco. This cocktail blends both scenes throughout flavour, texture and color. Once you’ve drank it all, the cocktail ends with refreshing bite of mango sorbet.
