Noah's Cocktail Recipe
Mionetto Proseco
3oz blanco tequila
2 ripe kiwi
2 limes
Several fresh basil leaves
Orange bitters
Tajin for rim
Muddle basil and kiwi in shaker with ice.
Add tequila, juice from limes, agave syrup, and bitters and shake it.
Pour into two rimmed glasses, top the glasses with a healthy pour of Mionetto Prosecco.
Garnish and enjoy.
What inspired the drink?
The Prosecco and summer and all the leaves finally being out on the trees.
