Chloe's Cocktail Recipe

The recipe uses freshly picked home grown rhubarb infused simple syrup and muddled garden fresh mint and strawberries.

2 oz Mionetto Prosecco
1oz Glendalough Gin
1oz Homemade Rhubarb Simple Syrup
3 Mint Leaves
2 Fresh Strawberries
1 tsp fresh lime juice

What inspired the drink?

This recipe was inspired by the beautiful freshly grown produce that we are lucky to be able to grow in Kelowna, and our own garden. This directly made me think of crisp and refreshing prosecco, specifically, Mionetto - which inspired me to pair what we could grow in the garden with the fresh botanical taste of Glendalough Gin and Mionetto Prosecco.
