- 3oz Mionetto Prosecco
- 2oz Pistachio, Almond and Cacao Nib Infused Flatened Mionetto
- 4 Dashes Citric Acid Solution
- .75oz Simple Syrup
- 3 Drops of Saline Solution

What inspired the drink?
Having presented the day after my mother's birthday, it was only fitting that I get my inspiration from her. One of the mystery ingredients being apricot jam, reminded me of my favourite holiday cookies that she would bake for me as a child. The cookies would consist of nuts, dried fruit, chocolate and meringue left over from all the holiday baking she would do for the family gatherings. She called them, "Meringue Delights".
The pistachio, almond and cacao nib infused Mionetto represent the nuts and chocolate in the cookie. The foam represents the meringue from the actual cookie itself and the apricot represents the dried fruit. All ingredients are brought together by the dry fruity effervescence of Mionetto prosecco. A representation of family holiday gatherings inspired by my mother’s baked goods.
