1.5 oz botanist gin
3.4oz st germain
1 oz fresh pear puree
3.4oz rosemary Infused simple syrup
Dash of lavender bitters /lemon juice
Top with mionetto
Pear Garnish

What inspired the drink?

I've always been inspired by rare , indigenous ingredients . From my experience in Dubai I learnt alot about flavour combinations and presentation to give the cocktail a really great look and taste .
