Cindy 's Cocktail Recipe

1.25 oz peach vodka, 1oz peach puree, 0.25 oz lemon juice, 0.25 oz simple syrup.
Add all the in gradients into the shaker with ice, shake well until chilled, pour Mionetto Prosecco Rose into the shaker, stir until mixing well. Strain into a champagne flute and garnish with peach slices.

What inspired the drink?

The recipe is inspired by summer and beach vibes. While enjoying the beach, the water, the breeze, having this fruity and refreshing cocktail with a touch of fizziness from the Mionetto Prosecco. When you have the first sip, the tart and balanced acidity come first, then it opens the palate with the fine bubbles, the velvety texture from its sparkling. A perfect drink for summer time!
