Christopher 's Cocktail Recipe
3/4oz Tempo Renovo craft Gin
1/4oz Gran Marnier
3/8oz lemon juice
1/4oz bitterome orange blossom water
1/4oz fresh orange juice
1/4 oz orgeat syrup
1/2oz prepared egg white
3-4 drops cinnamon bitters.
3 ounces of Mionetto Prosecco to top
Combine all ingredients but the Mionetto in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake to froth for texture; then add ice and wet shake.
Fine strain into a fizz glass, top with Mionetto. Garnish with ground cinnamon and enjoy!
What inspired the drink?
I created this cocktail to as an homage to my experience when enjoying Mionetto in my new home near the water here in North Vancouver. I wanted elevate the crisp and fresh but warm and welcoming characteristics of the Prosecco with key local ingredients. Characteristics that Mionetto shares with the place I now call home. Thats worth celebrating to me and the Royal Wallace Fizz is the perfect cocktail to toast with.
