Martin's Cocktail Recipe
Summer of ’87 (recipe for 4 cocktails):
– 3 oz Chamomile Infusion
– 3 oz Aperol
– 1 oz Licor 43
– 1.5 Homemade Lavender Syrup & 2 dashes Orange – Juniper Bitter
– fill up with Mionetto
Dry shake, fill up ice ball maker and let freeze overnight.
Place frozen sphere into the glass, garnish with fresh lavender and top it up with Mionetto. Cheers!
What inspired the drink?
The name of the cocktail "Summer of '87" was inspired by Francesco Mionetto, who founded Mionetto winery in year 1887.
