Dan and Sarah's Cocktail Recipe

PROSECCO SIMPLE SYRUP
1 Cup Mionetto Prosecco
1 Cup Sugar
Boil and Reduce to Half, Chill

BASIL SIMPLE SYRUP
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Water
8 Large Basil Leaves (add when boiling)
Boil and Reduce to Half, Remove Basil, Chill

APPLE PROSECCO POPSICLES
2 Apples, Chopped & Peeled
1 Cup Mionetto Prosecco
½ Cup Prosecco Simple Syrup
Blend, Pour into Molds, Freeze

BASIL LIME MARGARITA
2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Basil Simple Syrup
Shake With Ice!
Pour into Himalayan Sea Salt + Lime Zest Rimmed Glass

Top with Mionetto Prosecco
Garnish with Apple Prosecco Popsicle

What inspired the drink?

We wanted F U N and a balance on fruit and herb!
Fresh apple to bring out the amazing Mionetto Prosecco notes.
