Robyn's Cocktail Recipe

20ml of house-made saffron and mango cordial are lightly frapped together with the bubbly Mionetto Prosecco Brut to entangle your taste buds with delight! A fruit medley of pineapple, mango, orange and mint crown the glass giving it bold style and visual appeal.

What inspired the drink?

My inspiration was the 'design del gusto': The heritage of the cobbler style cocktail matching the same era of Mionetto's inception, the quality house made saffron and mango cordial, a stylish fruit crown, and of course the taste tying everything together showcasing Mionetto prosecco's bright balanced acidity and effervescence.
