Jason's Cocktail Recipe

2 oz Milk wash Kacprzak Mix
1 dash Peychauds bitters
top with 5 oz Mionetto
To me this is the perfect Prosecco recipe to make, since it is easy to due and easy to enjoy with friends! (Great for pitcher sizes)
*Milk wash Kacprzak: 1 pineapple cubed, 2 orange zests, 2 Golden apples,1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 branches of Golden rod flowers.
Add all the ingredients (except the milk) and let sit covered over night at room temperature.
The next morning pour the mixture over the milk and let sit. Finally fine strain the mixture.
**This mixture can easily be done in large batches and sous vided and frozen for a later date.

What inspired the drink?

The inspiration of this cocktail for me all started by taking my first sip of Mionetto and being over whelmed by the intense floral and tropical notes! I wanted to to create a cocktail that was easy going yet complex in flavor and that can be shared by friends and family. I decided to use a mix of local and traditional ingredients. First Golden Rod flowers, are very typical around the Granby region, which give intense floral and honey notes mixed in with orange zests golden apples, and pineapples bring an amazing tropical feel which creates a support package to elevate the flavors of Mionetto. The final touches of doing the milk wash, with local milk from La Pinte, adds intense mouth texture and allows the color of the Peychauds bitters to really brighten the look of the cocktail!
Fun, complex, tropical the best way to enjoy a Prosecco cocktail!
