Joleen's Cocktail Recipe
• 1.5 oz Mezcal
• ¾ oz Lillet
• ¾ oz Crème de cacao
• ¾ Fresh Lemon Juice
• Top with Mionetto Prosecco
Shake all the ingredients with ice. (Leave out the bubbly of course)
Then strain into a chilled coupe.
Top with Mionetto Prosecco
No garnish, but I do like to sprinkle with edible gold glitter.
What inspired the drink?
This is an ode to Meryl Streep’s incredible Golden Kaftan from the movie, The Post.
Put on your favorite Kaftan, lay beside your pool in your fabulous house surrounded by plants and a few fountains, while listening to this.
A well-balanced cocktail that is citrusy, sweet, smoky, and bubbly all at the same time!
