So you say you wanted something creative, and that’s exactly what I wanted to bring. With a love for Prosecco floats, I decided to honour the tasting notes that’s in the incredible expression in this Prosecco. With a ton of apricot and stone fruit, I knew nuts would work well. It’s truly an easy simple build after that. With Orange, Nuts and Prosecco coming together as one, we have a stunning combination of flavour, with a premium cognac. Here’s the recipe:
1 oz Cognac
1/2 oz Amaretto Liqueur
3 oz Mionetto Prosecco
2 Scoops Orange Gelato

Qu'est-ce qui a inspiré la boisson?

For someone who never loved Beer Floats, I found a safe haven that would combine Gelato, fresh herbs and / or liqueurs with my favourite Sparkling Component. This concept changed a lot of things for me, and brought out a creativity I wanted to share with the world (hence when I started Liquid Culture).
