Double strain into coupe
Top with Mionetto
Garnish with a stripe of shaved chocolate flakes and stripe of crushed pistachio
Qu'est-ce qui a inspiré la boisson?
This cocktail was inspired by my mother’s side of the family whom are Italian the Pagnello’s. There is a family recipe that has been passed down through the generations of poached pears stuffed with pistachios then dipped in a melted chocolate. I used to make this recipe with my mom growing up! The gentleman in the picture is my Grandfather Giovanni Pagnello.
