1oz Pickled Watermelon
Few Dashes Umami Bitters
0.25oz Lemon
Top with Mionetto Prosecco
Shake with Ice, Strain into Coupe, Garnish with Balled Watermelon
What inspired the drink?
When looking for inspiration to create this drink I looked to the beautiful Asian flavours that surround my bar everyday. Particularly the creativity behind our plant based sushi rolls, where we use watermelon in replacement of tuna. Prosecco is a very delicious pairing with something light and delicate like sushi so I seized this as my opportunity to create something that combines the two together.
